Hot Wings

Looking for a simple appetizer for your next tailgate or backyard barbecue that will have everyone coming back for more? Hot wings are the perfect appetizer when for cooking for a large crowd. With Kosmos Q wing dust, you grill the wings naked and then dust em up at the end.  This recipe is super simple and makes for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 5lb of wings or wingettes
  • Duck Fat Spray
  • Kosmos Q Wing Dust

Instructions

  1. Prepare your Hasty-Bake Charcoal Grill for medium heat of 325ºF
  2. Spray Duck Fat Spray on the wings to sear and crisp the skin
  3. Place wings on the Hasty-Bake grill for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. Flip the wings
  5. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Pull the wings off the grill when they reach the internal temperature of 165ºF
  7. Place the wings in a bowl or a one-gallon zip lock bag and shake with your favorite Kosmos Q Wing Dust (Keep in mind, a little goes a long way).
  8. Shake and ready to serve!
