Ingredients:
- 4 Portobello Mushrooms
- ½ lb. fresh spinach
- ½ cup onion
- ½ cup of blue cheese crumbled
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Clean and rinse the 4 Portobello Mushrooms
- Remove stems from the mushrooms and black gills
- Raise your firebox to bake on your Hasty Bake Charcoal Grill
- Bake the portobello mushrooms caps for 10 Minutes (300 degrees)
- Remove mushrooms from the grill and let cool
- Sauté onions and garlic in 1T oil until onions are translucent
- Add Hasty Bake Gourmet Greek Seasoning and spinach to onions and garlic
- Sauté spinach until it’s wilted
- Spoon this mixture into the portobello caps
- Sprinkle blue cheese on top of the mushrooms
- Bake on your Hasty Bake Charcoal Grill till cheese is melted (350 degrees)
- Glaze the grilled mushrooms with balsamic vinegar
