Hasty Bake Grilled Cabbage

Trust me, this isn’t your grandma’s cabbage! It’s full of flavor that you didn’t even know cabbage could have, and since it’s prepared outside on the grill it won’t make the house smell like cabbage either! This is a must grill this St. Patrick’s Day!

  1. Chop head of cabbage into 8 wedges. Brush with oil and season with salt, pepper, and Hasty-Bake Greek Seasoning.
  2. On a large piece of aluminum foil, layer 4 wedges on top of the other 4 wedges and wrap foil until completely covered.
  3. Bake on the Hasty-Bake for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
  4. Finish by searing on both sides of each wedge until grill marks appear.
  5. Serve immediately.
