Ingredients
2oz bourbon
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz maple syrup
2 drops real vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
1. To grill your lemons simply cut them in half and grill flesh down until caramelized. It helps to lightly oil your grill before grilling fruit.
2. Once they’re grilled, juice the lemons.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to a glass.
4. Add ice, lemon juice, and other ingredients and stir until chilled and combined.
